Britt Design Group is seeking candidates for a Studio Operations Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
Day-to-day maintenance of office related systems directly and via management of third party partners including:
- Desktop/Laptop IT setup, deployment, and routine break/fix issues.
- Maintenance of cloud based application accounts including design, productivity, and communication apps
- Maintenance of IT security and password administration
- Hardware inventory management
- Interface with 3rd party IT support firm to facilitate solutions
General office administration including:
- Receiving of visitors
- Fielding phone calls to the main office phone line
- Receipt and distribution of mail and packages
Organization and inventory management of all office supplies including:
- Bathroom supplies
- Kitchen supplies
- Office supplied food and beverages
Facilities support including:
- Ownership of the overall appearance of the office.
- Oversight of in house copying and scanning hardware
- Supervision of outside clearing service
- Coordination with property manager on more significant facilities related issues
- Preparing conference room for client presentations including ordering of food and room preparation
- Ensuring trash and recycling are taken out regularly
Human Resources support including:
- Support employee onboarding process
- Employee recognition and engagement events
- Organization of employee photography including headshots
Minimum Requirements:

This position will be non-exempt and therefore paid by the hour and eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week. Hours may be less than 40 on a case-by-case basis based on personal circumstance. This is not a remote work position. All duties require work in the office.
