VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR/
This is a combination role to coordinate all visual and graphic design marketing activities of the firm along with providing support to the Managing Principal and the executive team. We are seeking a candidate with a visual communications design education and/or background who is keen to provide cohesive operational support to all our marketing activities.
Responsibilities: Marketing / Visual Communications (Approximately 25 hours a week.)
Quarterly newsletter design and execution.
Maintenance of digital and print project portfolios for all market segments.
Ownership of the website including in house updates and coordination with consultants.
All internal print media.
Daily social media coordinator including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
Project photo shoot image inventory.
Photo shoot scheduling and coordination.
Project manage in house marketing events.
Design award submissions.
Collaboration with public relations consultant on media outreach.
Support internal marketing committee with organization and execution of decisions.
Responsibilities: Executive Assistant (Approximately 15 hours a week.)
Calendar coordination and scheduling appointments with outside clients and industry partners along with internal meetings.
Organizational support with phone, email, and miscellaneous paper items.
Booking of travel for the executive team.
Tracking of Continuing Education Credits for office for professional organizations.
Legal document prep and execution and digital storage.
Some personal errands related to automobiles and other intermittent personal items as needed.

Strong graphic design and presentation skills.
Proficient in basic office software including Microsoft Office and Google GSuite. Particular emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop).
Familiarity with major social media applications.
Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to read and match others in their communication style.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Creativity and commercial awareness.
Awareness, but not necessarily in depth understanding, of interior design, architecture and construction principles.
BS/BA in fine arts and visual communication design or similar.
