A Modern Take on Industrial Design
Influenced by the Austin tech community, Nexus East embodies a modern take on industrial design featuring highly textural materials such as heavy grain wood flooring, painted brick, and corrugated metal paneling. Lighting throughout is simple and intentional, focusing on the functionality of providing brightly lit spaces. Color is used to create moments of focus in lounge groups or as wayfinding with signage.
